The customer service is on point here, while they do run out of food and protein often. The girls at the window give the most polite customer service.

Whether its incorrect orders, being told to come back in 30 minutes to pick up a paid for online "ready" order, or cold food and half full fries, this place has really been letting me down. Management has to be a joke here

I gave 3 stars because my rating is 2 while my wife’s is 4. I for one do not like the beef there but she loves the Doritos locos supreme tacos

The employees don't give a damn about anything. Been a few times and not once have I gotten all the items I've ordered. This last delivery I was MISSING 3 ITEMS! Not only that but I ordered fire sauce and they gave me mild. Then when I call they have the audacity to give me crap like it's my fault. Never ordering from here again and advise others not to either.

Our family ordered a couple of the new meal boxes and we instead were handed a single large bag of improperly folded burrito ingredients which my kids couldn’t eat as they predictably fell apart immediately on my seats. This was also after a very long wait as the only car in the drive thru.

Completely ridiculous and we will not be back to this location. I’m not one to call corporate but making an exception here.

Lazy workers are closing 1 hour before they are supposed to close...
I used to be a shift lead at a northland taco bell.
This is NOT okay, especially when you are the last food place open. I get off work at 1am.
Whoever was the shift lead for 11/5/2024 needs a demotion or fired.

Tried to order in the drive thru at 11:45 pm, was not waited in for 5 minutes and I had to call the store twice. All this to be told they are only taking mobile orders or door dash. Never heard of that before.
