Such a great little shop very cozy, and exactly what a coffee shop should be. The pottery was so cool, and really adds to the aesthetic of the shop. The coffee was honestly some of the best I've had. Probably the best in the Kansas City metro area. I had the cafe de olla and my wife had the iced caramel macchiato. We also shared a s'mores cookie which was completely different and so cool compared to other s'mores desserts I've tried. This place is a must try for coffee lovers and aficionados alike.

Great little coffee shop. Great drinks, great service!
Loved the casual atmosphere and all the hand made options. This place has an inviting space for meeting with friends or working remotely, kind and friendly staff, lovely atmosphere inside and out, and delicious tamales and drinks. Interesting history too. There’s no chai, but you won’t be sorry to try the “dirty horchata”!

The people who work are so welcoming and friendly and not only that, but their coffee is some of the best I've ever had. I also love that they have savory food like the breakfast burrito. Love everything about this place!

I love the artwork here, there's pottery, wall art and address number plates to buy.
Their pastries are FIRE, I had a coffee cake and ooo we have to come back for the chicken tamales. I visited a year ago and bought four ceramic coasters beautifully painted, but when I revisited there were none π bring them back please! β€οΈπ If you're stopping by Westport area you should try the Tres Leches latte or the Horchata. Careful, don't miss your turn when you look to park, it's sort of up the hill and accessed by alley from one end.
As for the location, I suggest you lock your car doors. Notice that this cute cafe is near a highway ramp so on rare occasions I see wanderers that can be unpredictable, just be aware.
I feel I can let my guard down inside, but I would still keep my head on a swivel walking around outside.
