This was a terrible experience. I highly recommend never going to this Wendy's. I had to order for three people and the original cashier had zero patience and threw a bunch of attitude. I got someone else to take my order and got back to work to check food I was missing the sauce for three people no silverware and three sandwiches were super dry and quite frankly gross. Not to mention the coke machine only had two drink options.. this honestly gave me a slight panic attack in your store. That woman should not be in customer service.

Pull up to order and I'm guessing it was the shift manager who was interrupting the poor girl trying to take my order. Three times I asked for a large drink just to be handed a small drink at the window...after waiting for the "manager" to further argue with the employee. I asked the manager for the large I ordered, when I said something about it she says well I charged you for a small...ok well I asked 3 times for a large. She rolls her eyes, says ok, shut the window on me. She come back with a medium cup full of ice and probably the small drink dumped in and says "here" shoves it at me and Slams the window. I'm still sitting here with cold food and a cup of ice. I really wanted the drink for the rest of my work day. This is my second trip through with similar experience. I will just keep giving my money to Culvers I guess.

Is it just me? Don't you hate when you're in drive-thru and you placed your order and there's 4 or 5 cars in front of you. And you get to the window and they're out of whatever you've ordered and you mean to tell me that you had 4 or 5 cars which is every bit of 8- 15 minutes of waiting. To get my order right. and it still doesn't come out right? On top of that manager is doing expo. Shouldn't expo(manger) make sure the kitchen flows as well as the orders! I'm just saying ????

Ordered baked potato, nuggets with ranch(they were out of honey mustard), pulled u p to wait for nuggets, when I checked bag no potato and bbq sauce. Had to pull back through top ask for potato and ranch. Got the potato no sauce Staff was pleasant but I won't return.

Hopefully, this location can grow and do better after reading the reviews. I have never been treated so rudely, straight out the gate. I used the mobile app to place/pay for my order. I was met with an instant attitude from whom I assume was a manager, of all people. My order was incorrectly placed for "inside" by Wendy's, causing the confusing. To add insult to injury, they shorted an item that I paid for, and had to return and retrieve it. Again, met with instant attitude by the employees. The sad thing is there are thousands of places to eat, but I chose this Wendy's and should have been treated like a customer. Period. Please do better.

We went for a quick lunch and we waited 35 minutes on our food. They mixed our order up out tea was more water than anything. Will not go back to that location.
