This is by far the worst Wendy’s in Kansas City! Every-time we order or even door dash there’s an issue.
When you go to the location workers are unfriendly, slow and food be terrible.
Then when you order for delivery they just cancel your orders and it’s not the apps fault ether when your store closes early in the evening.
This is why I tell EVERYONE if you want Wendy’s just go up the road to the other location way better.
Wait time rediculous !!!
Ask for a receipt 🧾 told me I couldn't get one unless I paid with my card* 🤦🏾♀️ Refused to give me my receipt 🧾 and he did not say prior to me ordering my order to receive a receipt 🧾 I had to pay with my card* smh I've been trying to get in touch with management since last week!
