Absolutely slappin sandwiches, 11/10 fully recommend. Their service is wonderful, and the staff/owners are very kind and welcoming. Definitely eat here often if you live in Lawrence because they serve high-quality ingredients on heavenly bread to make well-composed sandwiches. And call in your order to save a little!EDIT: I wrote this review before I tried the potato salad. It's the best potato salad I've ever had.

Auntie Em’s is the quintessential Mom and Pop business. Nice friendly folks serving wholesome country style sandwiches, soups, and desserts. I truly enjoyed this deli and plan to make it part of my lunch experience often.

I was visiting friends who insisted on taking me to Auntie Em's. Couldn't ask for a better experience! The Reuben was generous and spot on. Chicken pot pie soup was incredible. The carrot cake was the best ever. Can't recommend these nice people enough.
