My girlfriend and I love Jefferson's West. The burgers and tots are great, the service is solid, and we love the atmosphere with all of the TVs as well. I highly recommend. Just don't go when I go so I don't have to wait. :)
This is one of my favorite spots in Lawrence. I like their wraps and their barbecue mac 'n' cheese. I love getting their loaded cheese fries subbed with tots. Only for dine in though. They get soggy if you get them for takeout. The wait staff is always super friendly and attentive. The kitchen can be a bit slow at times but that's understandable with all the staffing issues going on in general. The atmosphere is fun, especially when it's busy. There are many TVs for watching sports.

I had the fish tacos. I really liked them a lot and it was plenty for me. My husband had the grilled shrimp basket. It was very sparse although it tasted good. We will definitely go again but just not order the shrimp basket.
