I am still waiting for management to call me. Last week I did a survey letting them know how disappointed I was that they did NOT tell me they were out of tomatoes. I ordered a whopper, and received it without tomatoes and they loaded it with onions. (Like I wouldn't notice)
I went into the store and they looked at each other instead of going to the counter to help me. I said you forgot the tomatoes! Oh we don't have any tomatoes. I said why didn't you tell me, I would not have ordered a whopper. (They just looked at each other as if to say, what do you want me to do about). No I'm sorry or here is your money back. Nothing.

I was so happy when we go a Burger King on this end of town. Please train them better!!!

Never again. Every time I've ever ordered there's some kind of problem when I show up. Either items I ordered were unavailable, the store is closed or experiencing some sort of insane problems, or over an hour to make my order and worse, the resolution is never on the spot but 'call customer service to have them refund the order we can't fill'... never again.

This is the store employee while I’ve stood here for over 5 minutes waiting to simply tell them I have to pick up a DoorDash order. Ready or not this does not excuse being ignored.

Don't even bother going here. Everytime I try to order on the app and use a cupon they tell me they don't have the item I wanted after I have already paid. They could just shut off that item on the online ordering app but they don't. This store is owned by the KWIK shop and they just don't care. Last time I went there they did not have the item I purchased and I was told to just pound sand.

I went here twice and twice there was nobody at the counter. Sat down for about 15 mins then I left. The phone says they were open. This is the closest bk to my work area. After seeing the reviews, don’t come here guys, go to raising canes across the street or another bk.
