It was the first time I was there. Ask what was included in a combo, I was told several items I ordered an item that was clerk listed. The meal was $1.00 more than on the order board. We had 2 other meals that rang up a penny more than on the order board. When I asked the manager about this I was told onion rings is an dollar up charge. No where on the menu board did I see this information. I explained it was our first time there and when I asked what was included the clerk didn't tell us. Manager said he would talk to the clerk. When I asked about the over charge of a penny on the other 2 meals he stated he could give me the 2 cents back. Never said he would talk about looking into correcting the overcharge. So, if they are overcharging everyone for their meals, can you call that fraud? Not sure if I will be going back. Pork tenderloin was good. Onion rings... I've had better wasn't worth the upcharge as I trashed over half of them they had no flavor and were greasy. Check your receipts.

I ordered delivery on Uber eats. I got the popcorn shrimp basket. Great price, tasted really good. I also got a chocolate milkshake and it was delicious. I liked the prices here and would definitely order here again.

Fast service, great burgers, milk shakes, chicken tenders were very good. Highly recommend and great place to take the kids. Good prices also. A home to favorite!
We really like Biggs burgers and it is one of my parents favorite places to go! The only things that in my opinion need to improve is the consistency, sometimes our burgers are great, but sometimes they are soooo salty and the dining area can be very loud sometimes. But, Biggs Burgers is still one of our preferred eateries.

Have been going here for a long time and it hurts to leave this post. From the start the burgers fries pork tenderloin I mean everything we have tried use to be amazing! Lately the food quality has gone way down hill and customer service as well. Now as a former chef I understand that hand cut fries do not travel well when getting togo but today we could barley even bite into them. It's like the fries were cooked at 12 and reheated as needed. The pork sandwich use to be as big as the togo box now smaller and getting way over cooked. The staff wow they all look like they are hating life no smiles no welcome to biggs no thank u nothing robot modes. I hope u guys can get these things fixed but until u do we won't be back.

Had never been because it's pretty far out of my way but I had heard good things. The staff was nice and they had silly customs ads that were charming. The burger was cooked well and both my burger and my friends burgers were generously topped. Great place. I wish there was one closer to downtown.
