My go to place to get some good Korean food. 10/10. Delicious!

I came here with my mom and four of my sisters. We ordered two plates of chicken and a few side dishes, the cost split between us was very reasonable, and the food was definitely worth it. The spicy chicken is amazing and the regular chicken is so crunchy! I'd also recommend getting the pear punch because it's extremely refreshing. The service was amazing, and fast. The employees were very helpful.

How is it that a Korean restaurant like Café The Mani exists in Lawrence? Residents there are so lucky!

The Jjamppong tastes just like what I had in Korea—rich and full of depth. The Donkatsu is generously portioned, and the accompanying sauce pairs perfectly with it. I’ve tried both the Beef Kimbap and Vegetable Kimbap, and honestly, I could eat them every day without getting tired of them. The secret sauce that comes with it is truly a masterpiece!

Now, let’s talk about the Tteokbokki—this is unlike any other tteokbokki in the world. It’s not overly spicy, yet so delicious that you just keep reaching for more. This special recipe is only available here!

And of course, the Fried Chicken needs no explanation. You can taste the expertise in every bite—it’s impossible for it to be anything but incredible.

The Patbingsu and Strawberry Bingsu are the perfect way to end a meal—they are just the right level of sweetness without being overwhelming. The clean, light sweetness pairs beautifully with the fresh ice, making me want to come back for more!

One thing I’ve noticed after dining here is that even hours later, I don’t feel sluggish or overly thirsty. It seems they don’t use artificial seasonings, which makes everything taste natural and healthy.

This place offers truly wholesome flavors, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Why is Café The Mani only in Lawrence? I envy you, Lawrence locals! Please consider opening a location in my town!

We recently moved to Kansas from Korea and this place is perfectly Korea. The food, atmosphere, and menu options feel right like we are back home.

For me, Cafe the Mani is the best restaurant in Lawrence. I have tried every menu on this restaurant and everything was great. Not only it was delicious, some foods were really big that was enough for 2 people to eat one food. Especially, the fried chicken, Bibimbap, Sweet and sour pork, and Gimbap was literally amazing. Also, I love to have Bing-su for the dessert. It was always perfect to finish my meal. If someone is finding for an Asian restaurant or something special, I will highly recommend Cafe the Mani.

I love this place! I’ve only been able to go a handful of times but I’m so pleased after each visit. I think it’s an underrated, hidden gem in Lawrence. My fried chicken comes out perfect every time, is nice and crispy, and you can tell it’s great quality. Plus, you get SO much food!! All my Korean friends say that their food is authentic and delicious as well. I love the kimbap, so fresh and yummy!!

This is hands down the best restaurant in Lawrence!
I'm so grateful that Café The Mani is here. The food is absolutely amazing—I could eat here every day and never get tired of it. If I could give 100 stars, I would!
My kids love everything on the menu, and my friends often celebrate their birthdays here. The food is always delicious, the staff are super friendly, and the place is clean and modern. It’s truly a wonderful atmosphere.
Some of my favorites are the tteokbokki, bibimbap, spicy pork, strawberry bingsu, galbi, and of course, the crispy fried chicken—so good!
If you haven’t visited yet, don’t wait. Come and experience the incredible flavors for yourself. Highly recommended!

When I visit Lawrence, this is my go to restaurant. Reasonably priced and craving worthy. I’d recommend getting several dishes to share with friends. The fried chicken and gim bap are a must!

Went here for the first time last weekend and had a great time. The server was so sweet and attentive. Food was delicious and the plating was excellent. Portions are very generous. Everything is clearly labeled making dietary restrictions much easier.

Lawrence has been in desperate need of a Korean spot since O Cafe closed down. Service is fast, cordial, and exceedingly friendly. Food is absolutely delicious, portion sizes are robust, and the plating has that righteous aesthetic. Killer lunch spot or great for a quick dinner.

I love this place! It has quickly become a go to un our household. All the dishes have been amazing, but to me rhe standout items are the soy garlic fried chicken and the kimchi sundubu (very spicy, but so good)!

Recommand noodle with black bean sauce and spicy seafood noodle soup.
