The service at this location has gone seriously down hill over the last year. I feel like all chipotles used to give great portion sizes. But why am I having to ask the worker to add more rice more than once. I understand it’s easier to add more than take away. But they seriously have started skimping on their portions of everything.

Some corporate intervention seems necessary here. Three times in the last few weeks I have ordered a quesadilla and received a plain tortilla. Employee turnover has always seemed like a problem at this location, but they seem so stressed and understaffed recently that they aren’t trying to make food right. It’s kind of a joke at this point. Send someone out to this location.

Not one to complain much about screwed up orders but my wife ordered our kid a quesadilla and got a folded over, empty tortilla. In dish that has one ingredient, how do you forget the one ingredient? My burrito was about the size of a beer can for the low cost of $13 (extra chicken).

That's not an accident, that is simply not caring. Common' man.

I love the Chipotle on 23rd st. Great food and a clean atmosphere. However, there is one unsettling worker who seems to give a weird vibe. For example, I asked for extra rice and she gave a sour look on her face and did it with a sense of annoyance. Everyone else in there who has served me has been awesome but this one worker seems to get annoyed or bothered but a specific request. It’s a little odd and unsettling and brings the vibe of the chipotle down. It’s just weird.

Ordered the new smoked brisket (which is delicious by the way) through DoorDash and got literally 5 little pieces in my burrito bowl. I’m aware prices are inflated through the app, and I paid 5$ extra for the new smoked brisket option. Super disappointing.
