Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not one to complain much about screwed up orders but my wife ordered our kid a quesadilla and got a folded over, empty tortilla. In dish that has one ingredient, how do you forget the one ingredient? My burrito was about the size of a beer can for the low cost of $13 (extra chicken).

That's not an accident, that is simply not caring. Common' man.

I love the Chipotle on 23rd st. Great food and a clean atmosphere. However, there is one unsettling worker who seems to give a weird vibe. For example, I asked for extra rice and she gave a sour look on her face and did it with a sense of annoyance. Everyone else in there who has served me has been awesome but this one worker seems to get annoyed or bothered but a specific request. It’s a little odd and unsettling and brings the vibe of the chipotle down. It’s just weird.

Every time u place an order for pick it takes forever if ur not that fast with online pick then just delete this option

Lots of gays around and weird music. The food was fire but the chips were burnt... No discrimination against dark chips though.

Ordered the new smoked brisket (which is delicious by the way) through DoorDash and got literally 5 little pieces in my burrito bowl. I’m aware prices are inflated through the app, and I paid 5$ extra for the new smoked brisket option. Super disappointing.

Best time is to come around 11 to noon. Food is fresh and still hot! I got the kids quesadilla with chicken Al pastor which was delicious

Worst location in Lawrence by far. Came back after a hostile server told us they couldn't make something that was on the menu. This time three different people attempted to make my burritos. Each one had to be told multiple times, white rice, black beans, beef barbacoa on all three burritos. Then they attempted to make them with brown rice, right after I told them multiple times. The situation with getting salsa and finished up was worse. Had to repeat everything to only see it done wrong, then the shift manager (I think) comes storming up and starts slopping stuff on the burritos. Lastly the person running the register got the order wrong as well. Will never revisit this location, will go to 23rd or 6th places, where they listen.

Parking: There were places to park for once.

My portion sizes were extremely small. Asking for extra seemed like such an inconvenience. I didn't feel right paying for what I got but did because I didn't want to cause a scene. Really disappointing
