Better than Crumbl Cookies. Hands down.

Staff is super friendly! They don’t have the dirty drinks yet, but they’re new and the choices in treats is well worth the visit. I am one pleased customer with a sweet tooth. 😋🍪

Shortly after this was posted, the lovely manager Jessi called, we were able to chat and she was so incredibly nice and apologetic. She completely explained the entire scenario and was very polite and kind! I was given my original order to be freshly made for pick up!

I ordered Dirty Dough through their official website, due to the software used my delivery driver was provided by a third party (this being Uber eats). The driver then gave me someone else’s order (I have a pretty bad gluten intolerance and ordered gluten free cookies but the order was completely the wrong name and all cookies that contained gluten). I called the store to ask what to do as the email confirmation I had for the order had no way for me to contact uber eats (as I ordered through dirty doughs website and not Uber eats). I was told that they didn’t know if they did refunds but that they would give my number to the manager to call me back. That was last night, and I never received a call back.

Wouldn’t order a thing here ever again. Cancelled my order on DoorDash for no reason and I placed the order in a day in advance for a surprise for someone.

Cookie flavors are hit and miss and lately the cookies have been very crisp and overbaked. The main reason for lower rating is due to the fact that depending on who is working, your cookies won't always be made properly.

I went a few weeks ago and the cookies were lacking icing that should have had them and others had icing but had the wrong type of icing on them! It was evident the guy working was new, but the girl overseeing him didn't care to educate him on how they were to be served. When you are paying close to $5/per cookie and requesting tips (before the cookies are even handed to you) it should be a big priority for them to be made correctly.

Super friendly staff and that's it. Cookies didn't taste good/undercooked and didn't even taste like the flavors I got. Also the cost is insane for a not so tasty cookie. Definitely large cookies though. Wish their was a table to sit at so I didn't have to eat it outside.

ABSOLUTELY DELECTABLE COOKIES! 🤤🤤 I tried three different selections and was blown away by all of them. Might just be better than CRUMBL..
