Shortly after this was posted, the lovely manager Jessi called, we were able to chat and she was so incredibly nice and apologetic. She completely explained the entire scenario and was very polite and kind! I was given my original order to be freshly made for pick up!

The place is clean and the staff is quite friendly. This was a pleasant experience, and the variety of cookies was adequate. I am the human version of Cookie Monster, and I absolutely love cookies, and if you know me... you know this! Dirty Dough was suggested by a dear companion who is well aware of my cookie affection.
