The cook and other staff are on their phones while on the floor. Then the two waitresses/waitors went outside and left no one in the dinning room which ment the other customers didn’t having anyone waiting on them. It first started off when we got seated I had to get my own silverware, then went threw the line and the grill girl put my food on the grill and walked away with it still on the grill and then the guy behind me waited a good 5 minutes before they put his food on the grill because she was talking to the people in the back. All while looks to be the manager was too busy watching the chiefs game. I won’t be back…..

Who are hiring this people! This place went from amazing cooks and servers to now you have to get your server attention since she will be sitting down eating on her phone, this new cooks DO NOT know how to stir this food! My whole tables plates was half burnt! The cook completely cooked everything away from the sauce! Are we just throwing this people without training!? Horrible place it has became!

Well, I wrote a review last week, as I was in on Aug 18th. Management (I assume) replied asking me to contact them via email to discuss further. I DID. I still have not received a reply email. The experience my family and I recieved was the WORST we have ever had at a Huhot location. The food was burnt on the cook top, as it was nto moved around enough, our drinks and rice got to the table after we did with our cooked meals. Our server was very nice, but bad at her job. It was NOT busy in there, and we were NOT a needy table. But we would have to flag her down from the kitchen to get a refill. 1 or 2 rice bowls had gray mush mixed in with the rice. And we saw a kitchen employee moving noodles from (hopefully) a clean sink into a tub with no gloves. Once he saw us see him, he put gloves on. The manager was only out on the floor 1 time, to put a pick up order at the host stand. I will NEVER frequent this store again.

Carol is a saint!!! She is always running around waiting on people. Some of Carol’s coworkers should take notes and help her out little bit. Always have great people on the grill!

Went for birthday dinner. Good selection of food. At grill, cook cleaning aggressively and scraping waste from one side onto my food on other side. While it was probably clean, this was not acceptable. Cooks were in hurry and did not let vegetables develop color so did not have caramelized taste. Mentioned these to manager on duty who just looked at me and never saw him address with cooks. Have been going to HuHot's for many years, but like I told manager if this was my first time, I wouldn't be back.

My concerns are the lack of professionalism by the females that cooked our food. They talked to each other, didn't turn the food enough, causing noodles to stick to the grill. My food was not cooked good. On my 2nd try, I waited several minutes for a cook. One showed up, on the phone and cooked with the phone in the crook of her neck. The waitress was great. I was very disappointed in the food service. Thank you
Love this place where you build your own plate, the only thing I'd recommend is to check tables for drink refills more often as that Kung Pow sauce is spicy lol

I love this restaurant but the service sucks. They looked at my empty cup multiple times and I had to get up and ask for my check because they were more worried about their food. Cooks did good
