I didn’t know about this place until restaurant week, but I will be coming back regularly for sure. I got the birria Cali burrito for $11 which is a steal these days. The burrito was loaded with birria beef and the consommé was amazing with just the right amount of spice. The service was great as well.

Stop what you are doing and make your way down to JB’s Cali Fusion… my grandmother always used to say when you know you know. Well let me tell you, I know I know about the Korean Beef Cali Fusion Burrito. It’s a menu item I could eat every single day. I’d eat it before wearing white pants to have Holy Communion with the Pope! I know some of you might be second guessing that decision, but this burrito is out of the world and definitely worth a try when pondering what food you’d like to fill yourself up on.

Their meat and vegetarian options are both amazing. The fries are so loaded I couldn't eat it all. Their burrito has four different salsas of different heat but even the mild is tastier than most hot sauces. It's like having a little piece of Colorado in Kansas and I wouldn't change a thing. Hope this place stays around for a long while yet
