I processed a mobile order and requested no ham or onions. I get home and my sandwich has ham and onions. I love Jimmy John's but this is upsetting and disappointing. Literally just read the words on the order and do what it asks. It's not hard to leave something OFF OF A SANDWICH. Boo. šŸ…šŸ…šŸ…

Ordered online through the app for pick up. Got home to a sandwich with brown spots all over the lettuce. On all four of the sandwiches. Gross. I called and the manager said there’s nothing wrong with the lettuce and that’s how it looks right now. I’m sorry but that’s gross. He said I could call the higher up manager on Tuesday. So he’s going to keep serving the lettuce. He even ate one himself. I had to scrap it off and not have lettuce on my sandwich. Which no one wanted to eat because of the gross spotted lettuce to begin with. Waste of money.

after a long day, my husband & I got back into town and decided we wanted JJ for dinner. We went inside, this was about 904pm. No one inside but the employee. - It felt as if we had bothered this employee by coming. He tossed down the cups he was opening up and asked what we wanted. We did not know yet as we just walked in, and yet the employee just stood there looking at us. Felt like we were being rushed. So my husband ordered the Gargantuan and I got the Beach Club. We asked for several items to be added or if it could be, and the employee's remark was, we don't have it, or we asked what all comes on it, just oil & vinegar. The tone of the employee made us feel unwanted and uncomfortable. So we just got our sandwiches and left. - Poor customer service; rude and felt like we bother the employee by coming in at 9pm. Sandwiches were just ok.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Denied my legal tender because the guy at the counter couldn't figur out ho much change to give back. Lack of employees waited 20 min to not even get food. That's ok subway got out money and better food. Won't be returning to this place. It was nasty inside and the employee was laughing all over the food and didn't wash his hands after.

Our family made a very large order for a graduation party- NO special or picky items. Just standard sandwiches, 5 Party Boxes. The employee taking the order seemed to be burdened by having to take the order. Subsequent call to verify was met with the same attitude . The sandwiches were sub par, matching the employee responses. Very dry, certainly not worth $90 per box!

Came here really late (around 10:45P). My mother was visiting from Santa Cruz. They didn't seem open but they were—and until midnight! The staff were very accommodating to our late night 'party' and I found the food to be delicious. My mothed ordered the Hunter and I the J.J. Gargantuan. The Gargantuan was an amazing deal and much better than what the competition has had to offer. I had ordered the smaller of the two sizes. Sorry for leaving a mess—they were understanding but had to leave in a total hurry. It was fun hanging out there in the cool environment and was a truly good time! I'd recommend the chocolate brownie as well!

I love ordering my favorite (#15) online.It usually arrives quickly and deliciously, but it often doesn’t include the double protein that I ordered or some other ingredient is missing.Please fix so I can consistently enjoy my meal
