A friend and I dined at Molcajetes for the first time yesterday. It was amazing! Wonderful food and great service. We will definitely be back. Of all the Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in Lawrence, Molcajetes is now my favorite.
Employees young kids screaming and running thru restaurant the entire hour I was there. Food quality definitely not worth my time or expense to return.
This establishment wasn’t busy whatsoever. Stood at the door for 6 mins, all three servers never looked at us or smiled or said we’ll be right with you. Then after another party showed up, they were going to set them first. Now I’ll give the fact the lady went and cleaned a table off, but that section only had two seated tables and several open, leaving me guessing why wasn’t it cleaned off beforehand.
