We have ordered from here twice. We gave it a second chance because the food was really good and we thought the first issue was more with Eat Street but after tonight we won’t be ordering from here again. We called at 4:45 and was told our food would be ready in 30 mins. Ended up being an hour and a half and while my husband was waiting for no one would even give him the time of day. Even after calling to figure out the issue when the food was 20 mins late there was no rush or apology. Don’t promise 30 mins if it’s going to be 1:30.

Just had the worst experience ever at paisanos in Lawrence. I waited patiently for over an hour up front for my food. I wasn't angry, they were short staffed, I get it. I only got angry because I had given them my name more then once in that time. After waiting that long they asked my name again and all of a sudden they never received my order??
