We were visiting from DC and arrived 3 minutes before closing. The owner could have rightly apologized, but he instead welcomed us in and happily prepared our orders. The food itself was every bit as good as any Mediterranean restaurant we’ve eaten at in DC. We had several different dishes. We definitely will return every time we are in Lawrence.
Petra2go is my new favorite restaurant! The owner is so friendly and so welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh! I have tried many things and will keep going back so I can try everything on the menu. The online ordering process was smooth and easy.

Few days ago my girlfriend and I wanted something different, we typically get our usual and that's that, but lately we have talked about trying different cuisines, I had a coworker that told me about petra2go, so we decided to give it a try, just like anything that you haven't had you feel intimidated to order, that being said the owner who was working at the time explained all the different options and really made us feel comfortable, we ended up ordering a variety of the menu to give it a try and all I can say we have a new place to add to our favorites. Can't wait for family to come into town to treat them to some great food. Thank you for your hospitality towards my girlfriend and I, we appreciated it.

We were looking forward to eating here, as we heard great things. Plus we are all about supporting small local businesses. I have to say the food that I had was just mediocre. The gyro was $10+ and the pita was so dry it ripped while trying to eat it. Plus the lack of meat was very disappointing. We ordered two sandwiches and hummus. The total was almost $40. All in all not worth it.

I stopped to get gas at Miller Mart and thought I would give Petra a try. Ordered 2 Gyros for my husband and I. We were both pleasantly surprised how delicious they were. Now my husband said he won’t go anywhere else for Gyros! Osama is very pleasant and makes awesome Gyros!! Highly recommend!!
