Crappy service, the guy asked me to go back into the long ass line after screwing up my order….

Chicken is always fresh but the fries were old and over salted. The energy was very unwelcoming and the staff were aggressive and rude. Safe to say I’ll be using the drive thru from here on out.

Kansas always very good sometimes you got to be careful they're cooking food fast so you don't what to get anything undercooked you need to check your food no matter what or where you go.
The Acoustics in all of these restaurants has always been the hardest because you can't sit down and enjoy a good conversation because it's too loud with too many people and you can't hardly hear or enjoy your food.. I'm not the only one that has ever said that many people do but just nobody gets it done I guess
This Raising Cane's over in Lawrence is nice and good place to go a lot of college kids go over here so if you're looking for something less crowded or less of college kids you might want to choose another one

Service and manger is terrible I had coupon they said I could thought the where you order than when get up to window they won't take make pay for two when only want one.

Crew member named Ashley in Lawrence, KS is extremely rude. After I complained to Mgr about her, she came to the front of the store in front of other guests mocking me and making fun of me. Other employees were laughing and playing along with her. Mgr knew everything that was going on and did nothing about it. I called corporate office. This is the second time I have called them regarding her. I was told the first time that it would be addressed. Obviously it was not. I guess Raising Canes thinks this is acceptable behavior from it's Employees and Mgrs. This is the last time I will go into that store for any reason. Their actions Speak loudly of the Culture of Raising Canes.

The best chicken strips! It is our favorite place to eat when we visit from out of town! Service is always fast and everyone is always so nice. The food is amazing and always hot.

We had eaten at Raising Cane's in Lawrence, KS a couple months ago and just loved it. We visited again today and it was just okay. With a very limited menu to begin with, I was surprised that they were out of coleslaw but no biggie, just went for the 3 piece combo with fries, Texas toast and soda. Fries and Texas toast were still great but not so much on the chicken tenders. The tenders were about a 1/3 smaller than they were 2 months ago, they weren't fully breaded/coated and were just a tad oily. They were really busy so perhaps the fryers weren't keeping up. Will we go back? For sure, we will definitely try it again.
