Love ramen bowls and appreciate their vegan options! Prices are a little high but it’s worth the treat! Wait times can also be a little long but I love the atmosphere.

I love the food here and we come every so often. However, the front staff was so rude to us. We had 7 people coming and they mentioned the 20% gratuity. I was just asking my husband if he thought that would be okay since we didn’t want to speak for everyone in our group. Then my husband made a joke if 4 could sit together and 3 sit separately and they both treated us so rudely saying “yeah that’s not going to work” and both of them left. The rest of our party came in and we were explaining the gratuity which we were fine with and we were ready to be seated. A family came in after us and the host called them forward. So we decided to leave. They definitely could have handled the situation better. Their attitude is a representation of Ramen Bowl to us now. I know yall won’t do anything about this but we will share our experience of your host staff to all.

The food had great flavor! The ramen noodles aren't the same. The service is subtle. The prices are astronomical. The minimum amount to tip is pre-set to 20%. Definitely wouldn't become a regular but would visit again once in awhile.

We were in yesterday and ended up leaving before we ever even got to the table. We came in well before the dinner rush and the restaurant was not busy at all. Many open tables and a mainly open bar. The host told us 20 min or so, perfectly fine. We wait the 20 min and the host came over to me as my family patiently watch Pokémon, not to say our table was ready or anything like that… just to say they were adding gratuity to our bill… we have four kids so we are a larger family but I have never been charged a automatic gratuity and definitely have never just had a host come over out of the blue to say that. I don’t think I would mind the automatic gratuity it was the feeling that they didn’t not want to sever four kids. I should note my kids are not little and are older. They were not running around or even making noise, all four watched tv patiently waiting to be sat.

Even with the price jump, ITS WORTH IT! Everything is so amazing and fresh it’s me and my husbands fave date lunch/dinner place!

It was my first time at the new location. Very nice space. We called in the order and stopped in to pickup up. You seemed a bit disorganized for a not very busy Monday.
I made the big mistake of not checking my order, and unfortunately, it was not complete. Dang it, I should have checked.
Had to drive all the way across town, again, and get the other parts of my order.
Thank you for being pleasant and making it right.
I promise next to look it over before leaving.
Most importantly, the food was excellent!

UPDATE: Ramen Bowls has gone waaayyy down in the last few years. It’s a bummer because it was my fav Lawrence restaurant (see review below). We don’t even consider going there anymore. They took a lot of the toppings away from the Goddess Ramen so you have to pay extra to make it how they used to. Plus, the AI art on the menus is so disappointing from a local spot!!

I have gone to Ramen Bowls for years and each time it is amazing. I love the edamame and the veggie egg rolls for apps and the goddess ramen for my entree. If you're visiting town, I HIGHLY recommend.? It's where I take all of my family members when they come to visit.

I had lunch at 1 pm, and I should have 3$ off in a bill. However, an employee lied me to get 3$ with a system fail as a reason.

Prices have gotten to expensive for the same quality of food. Expect to pay $30-35 per person plus tip. Not worth it.

Food was delicious, fresh, and fast. The service was fairly decent. They could've brought the check quicker. Will definitely go again if I'm in the area.

I hate saying this about a local spot but I took my son to Ramen Bowls today for his birthday cause he really wanted to try non-packaged ramen noodles.
Service was fine despite them sitting us in an area between 2 families with toddlers even though our kid is way over the age. It was obvious they had a "kids section" way in the corner so families wouldn't be bothersome to other patrons. That's fine, but maybe if it's an older kid, think twice before sitting them with crying toddlers.
The food was pretty rough. Dumplings were decent. However, the broth in 3 different varieties of ramen was terribly salty. Couldn't taste any of the other flavors salty. Blood pressure through the roof salty. I could tell tables around us also had issues with their food as they left almost entire bowls of ramen on their table when they left. Definitely not worth the $15-20 per bowl we spent.
I hope something changes because it's a local restaurant with local employees with options not available at a lot of other areas establishments. We probably won't be going back anytime soon.
