Typically really good however I ordered takeout the seafood ramen and there were zero shrimp in it, requesting for a partial refund because it’s expensive to not get what you paid for
Overpriced. Got so much more expensive than a few years ago. And the portion is getting smaller too. $24 after tax and tip for one bowl of pork belly ramen, LOL…

One of my favorite restaurants and my favorite ramen joint, full stop. Hearty portions and tons of options for different palettes, including some delicious vegetarian/vegan bowls.
The tan tan men (pork and veggie versions) are my personal favorites, but the curry bowls and post rock beef are also frequent go-tos. The pad thai ramen is just so-so, but every other bowl I've had has been a slam dunk.
The perfect dinner on a winter evening (and sometimes a summer one, too)!

Been hearing about this place for awhile now. Everyone told me the portions were huge and the food was good. Well, the food is delicious, but the portions are insanely small for the price. You'll pay around $18 for a bowl like mine, and if you're a normal sized adult male then you'll be able to eat 5 of these bowls because of how small the portions are. You're basically getting a single packet of ramen, a bite of meat, half an egg, and some onions. It was delicious but not worth the price. Bummer.
Place is cool though, very good atmosphere and great service. Probably won't be back again unless the portions double or the price is halved.

I called in from out of state for my husband who was staying at their adjoining hotel. They were SO kind and friendly and my husband said the food was amazing! Their level of customer service is rare and I'm so thankful for them!!

I personally love Ramen Bowls, the atmosphere is so calming and chill and the food is delicious! They have great alternatives and meals for people who have to dodge certain food(like meat and gluten) and I love to come here every chance I get! Totally recommend.

We were kindly greeted when walking in, I advised we had a reservation, and they knew instantly I was Lorrie. We had my boyfriend's service dog, and the table was large and the dog had plenty of room to move around and not be cramped under the table. Our waiter was so kind, very attentive, and knew the menu, so when I asked about a certain item, he was right on it and knew the difference. Food and appetizer came out in a timely manner, and was delicious. The crab Rangoon nachos should be illegal. I wanted all the cream cheese and crab mixture 😂. We will definitely be back.
Love ramen bowls and appreciate their vegan options! Prices are a little high but it’s worth the treat! Wait times can also be a little long but I love the atmosphere.
I love the food here and we come every so often. However, the front staff was so rude to us. We had 7 people coming and they mentioned the 20% gratuity. I was just asking my husband if he thought that would be okay since we didn’t want to speak for everyone in our group. Then my husband made a joke if 4 could sit together and 3 sit separately and they both treated us so rudely saying “yeah that’s not going to work” and both of them left. The rest of our party came in and we were explaining the gratuity which we were fine with and we were ready to be seated. A family came in after us and the host called them forward. So we decided to leave. They definitely could have handled the situation better. Their attitude is a representation of Ramen Bowl to us now. I know yall won’t do anything about this but we will share our experience of your host staff to all.
The food had great flavor! The ramen noodles aren't the same. The service is subtle. The prices are astronomical. The minimum amount to tip is pre-set to 20%. Definitely wouldn't become a regular but would visit again once in awhile.
