I arrived 20 minutes before closing ordered my favorite peanut butter cup blender and they said that they were so sorry but they've closed that for the evening I assume since a business is open until 8:00 you can get anything on the menu until 8:00

Word travels fast by word of mouth, and reviews. Destiny and Ashley are the gold standard of customer service. Their coffee is pretty pricey but this customer service is what makes people come back.

The only thing worse than the coffee I ordered was the rude assistant manager that got mad because she couldn’t figure out how to do a split transaction, it’s not rocket science. If you’re a manager and don’t know how to correctly use a register you need to find a different job. There’s no way you should talk to a customer the way she did to me and my friend. Scooters will be down in the hole based on the people they hire.

Super gross. I got an iced oat milk latte and it was like drinking straight syrup/sugar. Couldn’t even drink it, it was so sweet all I could taste was sugar no coffee flavor at all.

My morning and afternoon go to, always polite and friendly staff, great reward program. Only two things I would change, make the drink stoppers optional, and open at 6am on weekends just to cater to my selfish needs ?

Well my beautiful gf Angela took me there cuz I never heard of y'all and I got the peanut butter frappe and it was amazing the lady with Glasses in the drive thru was nice and very enthusiastic
