Eileen's Cookies are my weakness! Never a cookie you wouldn't enjoy and savor! I love them all. Eileen also specialize in making large custom ordered cookies for all special events. I had one made as a marble for my grandson. He and I had just visited a marble factory and watched marbles being made. When I presented him with his special marble cookie he had the biggest grin! Wow absolutely the best cookie company ever. Let me tell you about my experience with Eileen's Collosal Cookie Co in Lawrence, Kansas. MY GOODNESS! I had the pleasure of trying a peanut butter cookie tonight when Eileen’s came to KU for Rock Chalk Revue. I have never tasted such a perfectly delicious cookie in my life!
