ordered the make your own combo with a cluster of lobster tail and half a pound of shrimp. i received 8 pieces of shrimp. and paid 44 dollars. really disappointed

Wow, I can't believe how much I love sushi! It's such a fantastic spot, and little Gem, my son, loves it too! We were genuinely impressed by the experience.

Stopped in for dinner while I was on a business trip. Everything was wonderful from the food to the hospitality. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area!

My only issue was they were out of several ingredients (on a Sat night) so couldn't serve the entire menu. The just goat cheese and bread was fantastic and the calamari top notch! We'll go again!

It’s quite a charming place, expect for the television. The sushi is generally good but my experience with other food has been quite average. Portions are generous and price is reasonable.

My husband and I came in and really enjoyed the Spicy seafood boil and Jayhawks rolls. Came back a handful of times with our 4 kids and it’s now become something my family of 6 enjoy together. They are always so welcoming to our family and the service is always amazing! Thank you all for always treating us so well and serving delicious food❤️

Pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed the atmosphere, and the food was tasty.

The owners have a long history in both New Orleans and Lawrence.
They have a quite an extensive menu that includes many sushi options (cooked or raw), sushi pizza (sushi components on top of a fried rice cake) and a few Cajun dishes like Cajun fries, hushpuppies, fried chicken and seafood - plus so much more.
We opted for starting with Gyoza, hushpuppies, and garden salad with house (sesame/ginger) dressing. Very tasty.
I had the Golden Crunchy Roll (Snow crab and avocado topped with spicy mayo, eel sauce, and tempura flakes).
& my daughter had the pork Katsu (very generous portion of crispy fried pork with Katsu bbq sauce).
The service was very friendly as well. Great little place with good vibes.
