Matt does the planning, the prep work, comes to your house and prepares meals in your kitchen. Seriously! The food is delicious and nutritious and it just makes the whole week a lot easier. Matt will leave your kitchen cleaner than when he arrived, and it's surprisingly affordable. Highly recommend!
Matt is exceptional. Not only is his food nutritious, interesting and filling, but he takes the time to hear what you like and what you need. I had an incredibly busy schedule as a single mom and with basically 3 full time jobs. I had no energy to feed myself, and was barely feeding my child appropriately. I found Matt's info and after 1 week of his meals, my energy levels were back up, I had time to eat better outside of what he made for me, and it just made life better. I reccomend...read full review
