Went to order an iced coffee and bagel. the lady at the window had black hair and her hair was up. she had gold little hoops in her ears. she was very rude and dismissing. she needs to be in a better mood before she gets the wrong person that comes through the drive-thru that won’t tolerate that.

I agree with the numerous other posts. The coffee is pretty good but only 1-2 of the seasoned employees know how to make my favorite drink, the Ring of Fire ( won’t waste my money if not those couple of employees)…..
The service at the drive thru is far too slow (especially when food is ordered )GO INSIDE maybe and 80% of the employees are really rude and unfriendly. The past employees used to be the best in town ❤️ ( Lexie , Devon and few others )but now….. not so much unfortunately.

Good coffee
I love the atmosphere at the 31st St. location! Comfy chairs and a place where you can be alone or with a large group. The coffee is great and so are the fresh-baked bagels or muffins.

They serve excellent coffee and drinks. Their drive-thru is surprising fast. Their staff is really nice, and I really like their Thunder Muffin.
Update 2024: the thunder muffin is still fantastic!
