Good BBQ. Goo
Waiting for them to open back up
It’s chopped brisket but the sign just says brisket. The assumption it sliced but this is nothing more than a sandwich. For the price it’s is disappointing and as other have stated dry. Pass
Vegetarian options: Bland sides. The potato salad, coleslaw and corn seems like a tub from Walmart.

A food truck serving bbq is not always a win. This was excellent though. If I am up this way again, I will stop in.

The bbq is obviously on point. KC requires that.
What sets black belt aside is the small-batch craftsmanship and the little touches often reserved for the big guys: delicious sides, fresh buns, pickles on the side, a house-made sauce.
Quality meats plus a pitmaster plus reasonable prices equals a Leavenworth gem able to rival the likes of any KC staple.

Got the brisket and jerk pork. Tastes of meats were good but they were EXTREMELY dry. Coleslaw came from a store bucket. Beans were great!
The lady taking my order had a hard time with taking my order.

Based on recent reviews maybe we went on the wrong day but I went today for the first time with three coworkers, whose first time it was too. Out of the group the best opinion was “it’s okay.” Each one of us were unimpressed with the quality of our meals, which sucks. We were really excited about this place because it’s always sitting out in that parking lot and looks like it has the best BBQ in town.
The staff was friendly and helpful, our orders came out in a reasonable timeframe, and the price was about what I’d expect, if the food was good. If you try it out I’d say manage your expectations before you park; who knows, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Food was dry and you can tell it was made in a smoker that was dirty and rusty. Owner was pretty rude too.

This is a walk up truck. Limited hours. I REALLY was hoping for burnt ends but it's not an option. The brisket however was great. When I told the young lady I'm keto she was so accommodating to make my plate keto friendly

I have driven by here for a few years and it always smells so good. We tried it. We got brisket, ribs, jerk chicken, hot dogs and a turkey leg. The jerk chicken was PHENOMENAL, everything else was really good as well. The turkey leg had great flavor but the skin was too tough to eat. Will be going back for sure. Service was great as well.

The barbecue is always delicious don't go there if you are in a hurry though because the gentleman who cooks likes to talk but it's worth it if you can get there to get some
