Ordered online. Asked standard dress extra lettuce extra onions. Didn't get standard dress only 11 pieces of lettuce and 4 pieces of onions. 2 thin slices of meat. So I pretty much just got bread. They wasn't even busy.

I had a terrible experience here at this location years ago and hadn’t been back. I usually go to Jimmy John’s when I’m on that side of town. I’ve been told they’re (Goodcents) under new ownership so I decided to check them out again. Everything was made perfectly and fresh and staff was polite and friendly and the store was well maintained. Thank you Goodcents! Jimmy John’s is great when you want to drive to the other side of town though!

Really disappointed with their service today. I was sent a BLT with just bacon, and was told that they dont put lettuce and tomato unless you ask.
First- WHAT? I contacted Doordash for a remake; then I get sent a message saying they are out of bacon.
Truly just incompetent to the maximum -- seriously, get it together.

After a long day of moving and cleaning today (a Saturday - prime time at 6pm), we called in two very customized Italian subs. I get there pretty fast and I had little bit of a wait… The two young men working, were working hard and were super busy, so I understood and didn’t mind waiting my turn in line. I have to say, it was worth the few minutes. They knocked our sandwiches out of the park - they were perfect and we devoured them. When I say customized - we were picky… nothing was missed and everything was fresh. Come to find out they were short staffed. I would have never known. Their customer service was great and so were the sandwiches.

What a nice surprise!
I work in Leavenworth and I wanted something different for lunch. Thought about Goodcents and I’m SO glad I did! I got a sandwich as a salad, and the baked Mac & Cheese. Great flavor, the pasta was hot, and the salad was wonderful. Neither one was a huge portion and both exactly what I wanted. I added things to the salad and it was made exactly as I wanted. And their Ranch Dressing is awesome! I ordered quickly and easily on the website and my food was ready at the time I specified. Good job Goodcents! I’ll come back for sure!!

I had a fantastic experience about 40 minutes ago at Goodcents in Leavenworth, Kansas. I had just finished physical therapy and spotted the deli from across the street — and as a New Yorker, I’ll never turn down a good sub sandwich. I’m glad I walked in.
Preston greeted me immediately with genuine warmth. He asked what I wanted to order and how my day was going. I told him this was my first time visiting Goodcents. As he prepared my lunch, we chatted about Thanksgiving plans, and the whole interaction felt natural and welcoming — the kind of customer service that truly stands out.
He prepared an incredible Italian sub for me using the freshest ingredients: oil and vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, lettuce, tomato, onions, and banana peppers for that perfect extra heat. Everything was put together with care and attention, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work.
I ordered an Uber and took the sandwich back to my apartment to escape the rain. Once I sat down in my living room to eat, I dug in, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors balanced, and the sandwich was filling. I ordered the 8-inch — their medium-sized option — and it was more than enough. Goodcents even offers a larger size for bigger appetites, so the value for the money is outstanding.
The whole experience easily earns this place a well-deserved five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Drive through screen not working went in to order and watched 3 people not acknowledge me and there were no other customers in store.waited at order spot when the (I assume for the way he talked to the younger workers) then tell me it would be a few minutes and walk away. Still thing after a few minutes because no one bothered to want to take my order. It most definitely so the cleanest so maybe I dodged a bullet.
