I’m not happy with the Leavenworth store. Aside from the numerous dead flies on a windowsill near food preparation area and the open stainless steel container of dirty cleaning fluid with dirty rag within a foot of the open meat prep and bread storage area, I have another severe problem!
Frankly, I watched the “manager” place his gloved hands inside another customers sandwich then wrap it then place it inside a bag. “Manager” then prepared to finish my order. I stopped him then told him to change his gloves which he did.
I told him about the dead flies and foul fluid by prep area. His answer was that flies always get in during food delivery then congregate by the sill and die.
This happened @1140 today. I have to wonder how many flies were deceased on other parts of the store. Granted gloves aren’t as cheap as they were but for sanitation reasons, gloves should be changed between customers.
Personally, I have to question returning to a store that appears to think sanitation in a food establishment is secondary. It also makes me question wether Goodscents provides proper training and follow-up.

Mr. Goodcents has good sandwiches and I am normally never disappointed by the food. However, every single time I've ordered online and picked up, something has been wrong or missing. Today they left the cucumbers and standard dress off my salad bowl. The other day, they forgot the chips and apple juice for the kids meal I ordered. Another time, we figured out that they forgot some things before leaving, got home to figure out that they completely forgot a sandwich. There needs to be a better system in place.

Their bread was so soft! Half the family enjoys them better than Subway! Very good pricing as well. The pop fountain and area around was very dirty and sticky when we went.

Normally do a great job but today they gave me honey mustard instead of spicy mustard and hard af bread. Like come on I can’t even eat my food now.

For the second week in a row I ordered an Italian sub and asked they substitute salami for the capicolla which I can't eat. Both times I got a sub with capicolla and no salami. Leaving me paying for a sub that had very little meat that I could eat. They don't answer their phone or return calls. Beware!

We LOVE this location, the food is great, and the staff is AMAZING! We absolutely love them all, we frequent this location about weekly they are always super sweet, friendly and happy to see us! Subs are made perfectly each and every time!
