Extremely disappointing experience. My pizza was lost, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and very late. I called to address the issue, and the acting manager, David, hung up on me twice without offering any kind of solution or apology. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Walked in, and no one spoke. The girl at the register didn't speak as I walked up to the register. I informed her the pickup name. She went to check the orders returned to the register answering calls, not informing me if it's done. No estimated wait or anything. The other young lady was asking people their orders as they arrived. She did not ask me. The app said the pizza was ready at 6:56pm, but it was not. They were getting out several doordash and delivery orders but not regular online orders making it a priority. There were two people waiting as well that ordered online. The communication is terrible. The young lady at the register informed someone else that came how long their pizza would take. I was at that point waiting 20 minutes. This is why I prefer the other pizza chain. I came to pick up an order for someone else. I finally got the pizza at 7:36pm after asking the estimated wait time. The young lady told the guy the name, saying she needed it. I received the pizza within a couple of minutes. She then apologized for the long wait. All that time for ONE pizza. The other orders were several pizzas and sides at a time.

Terrible said it was ready it wasn't order was completely wrong. Employees had an attitude when I asked them. Then gave me a thin crust pizza and it was suppose to be an original.
Ordered at 430 on a Friday. The driver that they sent could not get on Ft. Leavenworth. They did not reach out to tell me that. At 630 I called them and asked what was going on. They said it would take them an hour and a half to get it to me. I asked why and they said they were busy. I asked why my order couldn't be the next one they made considering it had already been 2 hours and they said because they have people who had "already been waiting 15 to 20 minutes" when I pointed out I had been waiting 2 hours so it would make sense for mine to be next in priority they cut me off, voided the order and told me to reorder.

This store’s delivery processes are the epitome of INCOMPETENCE. If you live on post, the store will mindlessly outsource delivery to a driver who cannot get the pizza to you. This has happened to me twice even though I included comments with each order noting where I live. For my first order, I had to drive to meet my DoorDash driver off post in a snowstorm. (He was a convicted felon who could not deliver on the fort). For my second order, my driver took my pizza miles away from my house and just never delivered it. On both occasions, I had to make numerous phone calls and texts to DoorDash and PapaJohn’s to get my pizza to me. If you want to subject yourself to hours of frustration in exchange for the possibility of getting a cold pizza delivered to a random spot, order from here. If you desire functional pizza delivery service to a specific address, order from Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

We used to love Papa John’s, but the pizza has gone down hill over the last year or so. I don’t know if it’s just this store in Leavenworth that is the problem. We had to return the pizza it was so bad! Seriously, it was like paper thin and we didn’t even ask for thin crust. We order stuffed crust and when you picked it up it just fell apart. Thankfully they remade it and it was ? better so I know they can do better. Hope they can improve, because we used to love their pizza.
