I absolutely refuse to order from this store ever again, I ordered two pizzas and it said it went through on my bank account but had an error on the site. When I called to address the situation the General manager was rude, degrading and talked to me like I was an idiot. Then when i complained to corporate the said someone would call me in 48 hours and guess who was the one to call me but the same person who degraded me and talked to me like i was stupid and guess what she did it yet again when she called to inquire about the complaint she talked to me like I was stupid and in a degrading way. Never EVER will I ever order from here again. Go to Kansas City, Ks store in state they are absolutely amazing!!!

I have made this my go to pizza place. Every pizza I have had is absolutely delicious. I order delivery and it is always fresh, hot & fast. They utilize door dash for delivery which I’m not particularly fond of. Had a horrible experience with a door dash named Miguel. He “delivered” to wrong address & proceeded to argue he hadn’t. Papa John’s made good on it immediately & the 2nd door dash driver was awesome. Tonight I ordered & saw Miguel was going to be the delivery person. I called my Papa John’s & said I do NOT want him delivering. They fixed that quickly. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent food!

Extremely disappointing experience. My pizza was lost, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and very late. I called to address the issue, and the acting manager, David, hung up on me twice without offering any kind of solution or apology. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Walked in, and no one spoke. The girl at the register didn't speak as I walked up to the register. I informed her the pickup name. She went to check the orders returned to the register answering calls, not informing me if it's done. No estimated wait or anything. The other young lady was asking people their orders as they arrived. She did not ask me. The app said the pizza was ready at 6:56pm, but it was not. They were getting out several doordash and delivery orders but not regular online orders making it a priority. There were two people waiting as well that ordered online. The communication is terrible. The young lady at the register informed someone else that came how long their pizza would take. I was at that point waiting 20 minutes. This is why I prefer the other pizza chain. I came to pick up an order for someone else. I finally got the pizza at 7:36pm after asking the estimated wait time. The young lady told the guy the name, saying she needed it. I received the pizza within a couple of minutes. She then apologized for the long wait. All that time for ONE pizza. The other orders were several pizzas and sides at a time.

Terrible said it was ready it wasn't order was completely wrong. Employees had an attitude when I asked them. Then gave me a thin crust pizza and it was suppose to be an original.
Ordered at 430 on a Friday. The driver that they sent could not get on Ft. Leavenworth. They did not reach out to tell me that. At 630 I called them and asked what was going on. They said it would take them an hour and a half to get it to me. I asked why and they said they were busy. I asked why my order couldn't be the next one they made considering it had already been 2 hours and they said because they have people who had "already been waiting 15 to 20 minutes" when I pointed out I had been waiting 2 hours so it would make sense for mine to be next in priority they cut me off, voided the order and told me to reorder.
