My uncle drags me here every time I come out from Arizona to visit with him. The place is small and pretty busy but well worth the stop. The burgers are very fresh and not from a freezer. The fries and rings are excellent but the main show starts when the milkshakes hit the table. They are so thick, so don't even attempt to use a straw or you're never going to make it, and man are they good. Homer's classic was easily the best burger I've had in the Leavenworth and even greater Kansas City area. Apple pie ala mode was also excellent. Service was very fast, friendly and professional. The inside doesn't appear to have been redecorated in several decades, but I love classic diner charm!

Old school and real malt too! Nice country drive and yeah you need to experience, especially if you miss a good old fashioned burger fries and actual malted too!
