Worst customer service EVER!!! ordered online at 1:59pm. Went in to pick up my pizza at 2:10 and it wasn't done yet. Person working there said it would be 5 minutes and she would bring it out to me. At 2:40 I went back in to see what the deal was and the reply I received was...Oh, I forgot. Seriously? I asked to talk to the manager and my only option was to take this cold pizza or wait another 30 minutes for another one. No refund...Never again.
Ordered to a local hotel- $5 delivery charge plus $8 tip for 1 pizza and 1 order of breadsticks and the delivery driver wouldn’t even bring it to my room- had to meet at the front desk. If $13 doesn’t get an order to my room- what does?
It was delivery and it was OK. I miss my New Jersey and New York pizza and other Italian foods.
