“Me and my friend went to the one by the legends months ago and we did not like that one. So I was iffy about coming to this one. But surprisingly, it was very good in the service was very friendly. And the food was better than the one over by the legends a lot better.“

“Placed an online order which had a few items missing which I realized when I got back on Fort Leavenworth. Spoke with Tim the manager he said to come back and replaced the whole order. This is why I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings, they always make it right!“

“The middle aged gentleman saved this place for me. He was kind. Great attitude and service. Smile on his face. I stepped outside because he said it would be about 6 min. He got it done early and brought it to my door. Customer service is 100%. I wish I had this young man's name. Because a few months ago I ordered here and the two kids, one male and one female, freaked out that I had a $50. How they couldn't do change. It was a bit ridiculous. So I had to leave and get small bills. I thought I would give them another shot. And took change this time. The new guy literally saved this store for me. Great guy.“

“Worst customer service EVER!!! ordered online at 1:59pm. Went in to pick up my pizza at 2:10 and it wasn't done yet. Person working there said it would be 5 minutes and she would bring it out to me. At 2:40 I went back in to see what the deal was and the reply I received was...Oh, I forgot. Seriously? I asked to talk to the manager and my only option was to take this cold pizza or wait another 30 minutes for another one. No refund...Never again.“

“I have made this my go to pizza place. Every pizza I have had is absolutely delicious. I order delivery and it is always fresh, hot & fast. They utilize door dash for delivery which I’m not particularly fond of. Had a horrible experience with a door dash named Miguel. He “delivered” to wrong address & proceeded to argue he hadn’t. Papa John’s made good on it immediately & the 2nd door dash driver was awesome. Tonight I ordered & saw Miguel was going to be the delivery person. I called my Papa John’s & said I do NOT want him delivering. They fixed that quickly. Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent food!“

“Went to the lunch buffet since they just opened it back up. Food was very fresh and good. I was surprised at how busy it was and they still was able to keep up with it. Can't wait to go again“
