Placed an online order which had a few items missing which I realized when I got back on Fort Leavenworth. Spoke with Tim the manager he said to come back and replaced the whole order. This is why I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings, they always make it right!
😳🍻😜 the cooks need to get orders better
Ordered pickup with 15% tip. Spent $80 and the food was subpar. Ordered a large wedge, half the container was missing. How I know this is, I also ordered a regular wedge and they were the same amount. Ordered 20 boneless with mild sauce (only got 15), the wings were dry and not all the way sauced (picture). Buffalo Wild Wings offers a good time with high food prices. Despite some mix-ups with the bills and delays in service, the staff, like Dr. Lauryn, provides top-notch service. However, other managers might not be as attentive. Customers might experience long waits for their food, even when the restaurant is busy. The place has improved, with a friendly atmosphere and attentive staff, especially on Friday nights when the bartender gets things done and handles loud customers well. Parking is available, and joining the Blazin' Rewards earns points for free food. Kids are always welcome, and the restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible. The food is consistently great, and customers enjoy good beverages. Visitors can sit at the bar to watch Baseball, Football, or MMA fights. It’s a fun place for the entire family, and most reviews highlight that everything eaten has been enjoyable. Some customers noted that arriving early on a Saturday may mean fewer people, and discontinued drink flavors can be disappointing.
