Pizza was delivered fresh and quickly.However, the online ordering system removed one of my pizzas upon order completion and the manager was not able to add it back in. They said they'd have to send out another driver. So another tip and another delivery fee.Not to mention the original tip remained, making it 30%. So the $16.99 pizza ended up being $30. No thanks. Order from somewhere else or make your own. This may be the most expensive, generic pizza I have ever ordered.BTW,...read full review
I used to love Papa John’s and hadn’t had any in a few years. I called it in while my husband was in Lawrence (we live 20mins away). It literally took 5+ mins to place my order thru a third party… very annoying. Pizza was subpar. Will be a long time before we visit again.

I put in an order too late without realizing what time papa John’s closed. I called the store and the manager was probably one of the nicest managers I’ve ever talked to at a pizza place. Exceptional customer service, and I would highly recommend.
