If you're going to charge $85 after delivery and fees, the food should be GREAT!! I mean it's pizza not a ribeye steak! I shouldn't have to put it in the oven to finish cooking it, nor should I have soggy and cold sides. This is not $85 quality food and the folks at the store should be ashamed they sent it out. We'll be using Domino's from here on out. Or frozen pizza from the store. Any option would be better than Pizza Hut in Leavenworth. Boo!

Ordered delivery through the app, which is absolutely horrible to use, took 3 tries to get delivery to stick. Pizza showed up curled up like bacon. I've had nothing but issues with this location and app. Think I might be done with the Hut....others out pizza them....

Every time I have ate at this location and the location in Lansing, they never disappoint. I worked for Pizza Hut for 2 years in high school and this is by far the best Pizza Hut! Quality of food is perfection! The service is always great as well. Their delivery driver is always very polite and on time! Always talks about the weather and I love that! Gold 5 stars from the Skinner Family!
Kid-friendliness: My son, who is autistic and has issues with food, loves this Pizza Hut every time! He ate 4 slices! He never eats that much! Then he says "Thank you mom, for such a great tasty dinner!" My son is very polite. ❤️?

Worst service ever, the employee even laughed at me. I made an online order and noticed in the confirmation email I had made a mistake. So I called to correct it. This caused the price to go up by $22 because it was no longer considered an online order. They never told me this over the phone and was shocked when it arrived. Had I known this I would have done it correctly. Was told since the driver was here already they can’t do anything. Never again!

I got the My Hut box w a Cheeseburger pizza melt. The hamburger on it was nearly raw, the bacon was just pieces of bacon fat, and it had just a hint of cheese. Plus, the whole thing was cold. Totally disgusting. I threw the whole box away. Then I got sick.

I was given the standard spiel. Called corporate and was told that because I was recording the phone call that they were also recording on their end that they could not help me. I have the entire conversation with corporate saved and will be posting it on the web. I worked as a dishwasher at Pizza Hut in Wichita to put myself through college. Not only is this pie absolutely disgusting and undercooked. It doesn't even have any toppings on it. Not nearly the amount it should. Quite frankly this is insulting. I hope everyone in that store gets fired.

Was not happy with the food. I ordered two thin crust and it was not crispy. The crust was not right. It was very soft. It just wasn't good and there was hardly any sauce on it. The pineapple tasted spoiled and on top of that they don't give you refunds they they won't refund your credit card or money that you spend on food. That isn't correct. They'll give you store credit or they'll remake your food. Why would I want remade food for somewhere that didn't get my order right in the first place , I don't want store credit either. I want to go somewhere better like Domino's but the breadsticks were always good at Pizza Hut.
