“Lauren was outstanding!!!!!! We had a group of 12 …….I made the reservation. Our tables were tucked so we could chat and not be in the mainstream. A dynamite waitress, sweet and so accommodating of whatever we asked. No goofs even with this huge group. And……..I brought two special occasion pies for dessert. She put them in the cooler. She even cut and served them for us!! I cannot compliment Lauren enough for her over the top service & kindness to us. Delicious food too!)“

“Shake Shack food quality is top notch for a fast food restaurant. The burgers are excellent. The Shack Burger is always perfectly done. The patty edges are crispy and the ingredients fresh. You can add pickles, onions, and other basic toppings for free. The Smokehouse burger is also a favorite. The bacon is well-cooked and the cherry peppers add a bit of heat to the burger.

Fries are crispy on the outside and soft inside. Highly recommend the cheese fries if you like tangy melted cheese!

I never leave Shake Shack without a shake. You can’t go wrong with the chocolate or vanilla. Love that they have a wide variety of flavor options and even floats if you don’t want a shake.

The only downside is this location can get very busy during lunch and dinner. My wait time during peak hours can be around 20 minutes. Also, just a heads up there is no drive through!“

“I have been a regular at the 119th & Roe McDonald's since November 2018. This store has the best food, best kitchen people, best servers, friendly Managers, and is super clean. “I am not, I repeat not a McDonald’s fan since I was a child, but I was pleasantly surprised at the kind service and hot food, especially the fries. It was about 23:00 when I decided to take a chance and venture over to McDonald’s. The young guy at the window was nice and didn’t look ghetto at all. He said thank you and have a nice evening. I thought I was in the twilight zone. Nice servants, and at McDonald’s! That blew me away. It’s not the trifling ghetto service from the McDonald’s at 103rd off Stateline. If you are looking for non-English speaking, the real trifling, bonnet wearing, fake fingernails bad attitude then go to the 103rd street and Stateline road store. Classy! Real ghetto fabulous.“

The three egg cheese omelet with shatteringly crispy perfectly cooked hash browns was a transcendent experience, and I wasn’t even hungover. “Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Our group of 14 arrived here today at the Shawnee location for lunch. We were met by friendly staff and seated right away. Once we ordered our food, it arrived quickly! We were impressed! All 14 orders were correct, served hot and fresh, and so good!! Great size portions! The service was absolutely great! Refills were quick. The atmosphere is so fun! We all enjoyed our food arriving by train. The kids had a great time. and only 2 little ones had a nugget and few fries left. Everyone devoured their food. It's definitely a must experience!
