this was the worst duck donuts weve ever been to. We were never greeted, the staff was miserable and never once smiled..not a singke person. At other Duck Donuts weve been to, they prepare the donuts in front if you as part of the experience, but not here..its a mess of dough sprinkles and iciing. They got our order wrong and the donuts looked like a 3 year old made them and when I pointed out that we were missing one she snatched back the box and said, "is that all?" Good evening, my family and I drove 2 1/2 hours today for a fun family activity and donuts and went to your store after hearing duck donuts is amazing.
From the moment my daughter and I walked in we were never greeted. A lady stood at the counter and I told her we had never been before and asked what was good. There no communication other than pointed to the pictures and picking out the donuts from the pictures on the counter.
