Service was terrible ... the staff seemed like they did not want to serve any one! Wait was horrible , lots of tables left that needed to be cleaned but the staff just stood around because they purposely wanted people to leave. Will never return to this location ..... they should have been happy to have ppl there the location is ALWAYS empt.

I don't like to write bad reviews but going here was such a bad experience :( took 40 mins to get our food (it was only us and two other tables) and our order was still wrong and missing items. We only ate a few bites of the food because it tasted very off. The table was very sticky and the bathroom was disgusting. We also got double charged for our drinks even though we didn't get any refills. Our server was very short and didn't check on us or anything. Super disappointing :( I love Applebees but I would avoid this one.

I am currently eating my McDonald's burger I had to buy after leaving your restaurant. Nothing was edible. Please keep your peace and appetite and just go anywhere else but here. I will say great service from our server but after having such a awful experience you would think the manager would have came to our table... only 3 tables full at the time. It was my last time with you guys. I will wait until you fail and your contract goes out so I can enjoy a new place to eat there :) thanks for nothing. Also you might to be inspected my date is already feeling nauseous from a few bites.

Took 25 minutes for an empty restaurant to cook a burger and fries. They had 2 tables and 6 customers inside and it took almost 30 minutes to cook a burger and fries. Staff seemed uninterested in hurrying to get the food out. This is my second and last time going to Applebee's. Both times the staff seemed annoyed they had a customer.

The server was good. The restaurant was barely occupied! An empty restaurant at 6pm is usually a bad sign!! In this case it was a bad sign!! The food (boneless chicken wings) were VERY dry! I won't be back!!!!

I took my son and his girlfriend and we went to this Applebees after a movie on Sunday evening it was9:35 the service said she would be with us shortly and we later heard the staff members say we hate when people come in late. Mind you the restaurant closed at 10:00P.M. My son walked out and myself and his girlfriend left too. I felt disrespected in a mighty way. We were wanted to eat and this left a sour tasted in our mouths. Wishing the experience was better.

Service was ok at first, but we didn't know what we wanted right away. We were sat in a far corner and could see our server eating French fries and giggling in the opposite corner and I guess she forgot she needed to still take our order because we had closed the menus and were waiting for a long time. We got an appetizer and that came out fine but we waited probably 40-50 minutes after putting our order in to get our actual food, which was brought out by someone in the kitchen, not our waitress, who was still goofing off. Food was terrible. Fries were a weird brown color like they had been cooked in old rotten oil and burger was very overdone. Waitress finally came over once which was nice because we had needed refills for awhile. I tried to eat what I could of my entree but it became apparent that the meal was too far gone so I mentioned to the server who finally came over again that it was horrible. She looked at me like I was crazy when I didn't want a replacement entree when we had been there well over an hour at this point (and it was not busy) and said she'd get the manager. The manager apparently wasn't interested in speaking with us and the server came back and slapped the ticket on the table at me saying it had been adjusted off. Just a really poor experience and we will not be back.
Server named Kaitlyn T was acting like she didn’t want to be at work. Never asked us how we were doing. Took a while to get the bill and take our order. Just sat in the corner on her phone. Very poor service.

I'm not sure if their bartender thinks we cannot hear her or what but not only did they ignore us for 10 minutes at the door and another 15 minutes waiting to even talk to a server. We came in with plenty of time till they closed and that's all we heard from the bartender. We can hear you.

They do not prepare delivery orders even if they are not busy! You can pause the app, or you can turn it off if you do not wanna sell your food using the delivery methods. Do not waste drivers time. AVOID this restaurant if you have delivery orders.

Service was slow. The light bulb was burnt out over our table. We mentioned it, but they offered no solution. We were almost totally in the dark before we finished eating.

The food was good and so was the price. Great affordable place to go to that is open later than other restaurants. Our server’s name was Juliana and she did an exceptional job at telling us things about the menu and showing great customer service even though they were short staffed. Major shoutout to Juliana for making our night better! ?
