I chose the 2 for 7 deal on the app and was told that I did not choose it. So I only got one burger for 7$. Not only that they made the blizzard so far in advance it was just soup. They would not fix the issue with only getting 1 burger. Dairy Queen is a shell of what it once was. This is absolutely pathetic. Do not endorse this franchise anymore they don’t deserve it.

Quality has gone down immensely between day shift and night shift. They cant make cones, make dogs, make much at all according to the use to be amazing Dairy Queen standards. Day shift got it still

Having A DQ OREO BLIZZARD ice cream in a cup at "DQ Grill & Chill", as it's Signage says NOW, located at Pflumm and College in Olathe, KS. A BUSTLING PLACE FOR THE DQ swirl cones and Blizzards in these hot afternoonsin Kansas. I Ordered my DQ OREO BLIZZARD in the Drive-thru and despite a long line, the cars moved relatively quickly and then, I was greeted by a VERY PLEASANT, SMILING WINDOW SERVER. DELICIOUS. Okay. I have given this Dairy Queen multiple chances. But, please tell me HOW this is extra sprinkles and you charge $0.99 extra for it. This has happened 3 times now. It saddens me. It’s SPRINKLES. When I worked in icecream, it was required to rotate the cone 360. Do BETTER. Also, I get this after waiting in the drive through 10+ minutes.

For the past four times we order chicken tenders and they take about fifteen minutes to bring the order out to the car kind of ridiculous.
