Who is responsible for your parking lot?? I am embarrassed for you. These HUGE holes have not just appeared, they have been here a long time. Don’t tell me it is the landlord’s responsibility. The customer sees Dairy Queen when the come through your parking lot. Get it fixed now!!!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes this evening, there were 4 cars total. I ordered a blizzard, that's it and sat and sat and sat, in a line that didn't move. The first car was still sitting there, after I left. I was charged for someone else's order, then refunded and then paid for my correct order. No apology, no discount, nothing....except a "have a good one" as I left as an unhappy customer. Train your staff to take care of their customers before you don't have any. I will drive out of my way to another location then going to this location that is within walking distance from me.

Absolute joke. Only one in line and takes them 15m to make 2 burgers…. Also when it came out cold food I have no idea how that’s possible.

I placed an order to be picked up at 10:20 PM. The store's hours according to the app, Google maps, and the posted outside the door are 9:30- 10:30. I arrived at 10:18 when the door was locked. I had paid for my blizzard through the app and received no warning that they were closed early. There were two employees cleaning in the back. In order to get my blizzard, I waved at them. One of them made eye contact with me, then went back to work. I realize that I was coming in 10 minutes before it closed, but I had one blizzard that I ordered ahead of time. Really disappointing service.
I have had numerous positive interactions with the staff here, who are typically very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, there have been two instances when I encountered staff members who didn't meet the same high standard of service. This minor concern aside, the majority of the staff are professional, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Despite these isolated incidents, I continue to appreciate the overall atmosphere and service provided at this establishment.Vegetarian options: Onion rings and anything in the chill zone helps:)Parking: Close to the store and very convenient.Kid-friendliness: Kids will enjoy the Friendly staff company and the clean environment keeps it safe for everyone.

Had a large order, but they got everything eight and were also fast. Love the variety of options for ice cream mix ins. Also having a nut free dairy free option is great.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free dilly bar is an excellent option.
