Horrible! The lady at the register had no idea what their special large Mr G meal deal included and actually argued with me. The owner came and also argued. Luckily, a quick-witted young man working behind the counter looked at the Goodcents app I ordered from and saw that they were mistaken and apologized. Very irritating and extremely rude! I ordered a cheese mix sandwich (8 inch) and they put 3 little bitty triangle shaped pieces of very thinly sliced cheese on it. HORRIBLE...WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!!

I feel like I just got scammed. We ordered food for delivery, our food never arrived and when we called for an update, they ARGUED with us that it was delivered. When I finally asked for a refund, they said “refund not available because the order is complete.” We never received our food & the service was incredibly rude and incompetent. I am blown away at how incredibly WRONG every single step was handled. I had to call my bank to get the charges disputed. I will be staying far, far away from this place and urge anyone I know and love to never give this place a dime. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

I come to this location several times a week because the food and the service is EXCELLENT! TONY is so personable while making the sandwiches and his enthusiasm is contagious! The sandwich was perfection. The staff is what separates this Goodcents from the others. The guy making my sandwich was dancing while making my order. He was such a positive person. He asked me if anyone told me I was awesome today, and made sure to emphasize that I matter in this world. Little did he know, I really needed that encouragement today.
