“I've been out here in Kansas City for about 6 years now. Sadly, 5 of those years I didn't know about Jun's.
Jun's is inviting, friendly, and consistent. The sushi chefs are so good at what they do.
My favorite thing is sitting down at the sushi bar with one of the chefs I've gotten to know and telling him approximately what my budget is for the night and letting him do his thing. It's always amazing.
If you're a sushi fan and you've felt that KC might not be a place for good sushi, try Jun's. If you're like me and always on the hunt for good spots. This is a bullseye.

“Great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. Any time we have a special event, this is our choice for dinner. We appreciate that we don’t feel rushed when we come here. We always have so much food that we can’t even eat it all! We get to spend time together, chat and connect over our interactive dinner. We are always telling our friends and family about this place! P.S. make sure you end dinner with a S’more!“

“A good selection of Korean and Japanese food. The bento boxes are a great option for lunch. It is a nice, warm atmosphere and not loud. You order at the counter. The menu on the wall behind the counter can be hard to read for those of us who need glasses.“

“Fabulous as always, had the ginger salad, edamame, and hibachi chicken and steak. The service is always perfect, and they have a lot of appetizers on sale until 6:00 p.m. for happy hour, along with drink specials.“

“Went with a friend familiar with Japanese food Friday evening. My nose and palate was amazed at the smell and taste of ofnour orders! I got shrimp fried rice to go for my husband and it was fabulous! Once I understood to entry and seating, I get it! We felt safe and comfortable and not rushed. There were several takeout orders picked up. The owner was very nice too and people eating in there enjoyed their time. We will be going back for dine in and takeout!“

“I ordered from here online. I called ahead and got some suggestions because I am pregnant. John was beyond helpful in answering my questions and offering suggestions. He told me to put a note in my online order about being pregnant so they would be aware. He even called back and let me know one of the ingredients was not safe so they would be leaving off. It made me feel so good they took my concerns seriously. 10/10 recommend.“
