Last two sandwiches bad, excessive fat on the ham and the buns were stale. Called to let them know they told me if the ham is fatty they have to sell it that way. They can't fix it unless it's within 12 hrs

I come here for lunch occasionally. It seems like they are often short-staffed. They have two food prep lines, but usually only one is running. It routinely takes 10 minutes to get a sandwich, which is not “freaky fast”. Hire some more people yo. The food itself is good once it comes out.

We frequently eat at JJ restaurants but this is the 1st time at this location. Ordered a Turkey Slim and for $7 I got 3 slices of turkey vs our standard 6-9 slices. Love jimmy johns, but will skip this location.

I stopped in your store and spent 30.00 on two combos. One was a sandwich and one was a wrap. When I got home the wrap was mostly lettuce and tomato. There was hardly any cheese or meat. You expect the money before you deliver the merchandise and this is what I get. I feel cheated and disrespected. I will not stop at this location ever again.

First of all, I ordered no lettuce and received lettuce on my sandwich as I seen him making it. I let that go, but then when I got home I noticed there wasn't any mustard on the sandwich when I ordered mustard.
