First of all, I ordered no lettuce and received lettuce on my sandwich as I seen him making it. I let that go, but then when I got home I noticed there wasn't any mustard on the sandwich when I ordered mustard.

Accidentally submitted an order literally 1 minute before their closing time. Ordinarily I wouldn't do that to them - it was just a case of not paying attention. Arrived at the drive through speaker about 10 minutes after close and they did indeed complete the order and have it ready for me at the window. The sandwich artist who was still there was polite, though I wouldn't have faulted him for being grumpy about the situation.

I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location for the last year on a fairly regular basis and have watched the quality of food and service plummet over the last several months. They are never on time - even when I pick up at the location, I wait for 10-15 minutes and can sometimes even see my order. The orders are rarely correct, even on simple things like the Slims.My latest visit was especially frustrating. The catered sandwiches were finished and I still waited 15 minutes for pickles and cookies. When I got back to the office, none of the sandwiches were labelled. We'll be using Jersey Mike's from now on, but maybe that is obvious.

I will never EVER go to this location again. I’ve been stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes my lunch break is over. Then they have the stupid merging drive thru lanes that you have to fight with people to get through. The inside was packaged I’ve never waited over 5 mins in my life for a JJ sandwich.

Took a hour and a half for them to deliver to my work office. It is a five minute drive. This place is not even close to freaky fast. They need to figure this out, or people will stop ordering from them
