The customer service at this location is excellent. Always very polite team members. However, I disagree with their policy of making in-store customers wait so you can prepare online orders. I have had to wait over 10 minutes on multiple occasions when I'm the only customer in store. It's very annoying.

I recently started working near this location, and found it to be a convenient walk for a cheap lunch each day. Went in for a cold cut combo today and the meat was discoloured and brown. I could see it clearly through the glass as she asked me what veggies I wanted on it. Either the worker did not notice, or they were willing to serve spoiled meat. Either is bad and so I wont be going back.

I walk into the store with no customers waiting in line, I'm the only customer. And told that I have to wait at least five minutes to order because they have 4 on-line orders in front of me. This is not the first time I have to wait. I never do! Lucky I have a Jimmy Johns's down the street with 2 drive throughs.This location is always under staffed and a customer should never have to wait for people sitting at home!

Most of the local Subway restaurants are terrible, luckily I have found the anomaly. Kaitlin is the great. Her sandwiches taste amazing! Their bread is always fresh, never stale. The restaurant is clean and well kept. This is the only Subway I go to in Kansas City

So I just visited this location and this is the one location that seems to skimp on most product especially veggies. I ordered a salad with double the spinach and double cheese. The product I received is in no way what I expected with double spinach. Please see attached photo.
