Most of the local Subway restaurants are terrible, luckily I have found the anomaly. Kaitlin is the great. Her sandwiches taste amazing! Their bread is always fresh, never stale. The restaurant is clean and well kept. This is the only Subway I go to in Kansas City
This location is great, clean and food was fresh and cold cuts we're just that cold and I love that. This sandwich artist that was there when I went at 1:10 pm on 11/13 was the best and took care of me and my guest beautifully. Kudos to her, sorry I forgot her name.

The customer service at this location is excellent. Always very polite team members. However, I disagree with their policy of making in-store customers wait so you can prepare online orders. I have had to wait over 10 minutes on multiple occasions when I'm the only customer in store. It's very annoying.
