Joanie gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Talk about a diamond in the rough! Never thought I’d meet someone with so much charisma and talent in a random place! You guys have a true GEM in Joanie. As a business owner myself, I can tell you that she has the gift of leadership! Promote this woman asap!
It is Valentine's Day and there was only one waitress there.. took 20 mins for me to just get my order by the time I got my food it was like warm it was good just seems like bad management.. there should have been more waitresses not 2 people cleaning and 1 person sitting people down... don't go here on holidays or weekends.. I was here during the week and it was way better than tonight.... Disappointing!!!
