Overall it was a good experience. The food was good, service was average. Had to flag down the waitress just a few times, but they were busy, so I get it. Had the Chili Verde plate, chips and salsa, bean dip. Chili Verde had excellent flavor, salsa was outstanding, chips were a little stale, and the bean dip was average. Interesting decor, welcoming and comfortable ambiance, and they had live music that night. I’d go back.
Amazing Mexican food! All homemade and you can tell. It's known statewide and deservingly so. I had Charlies sampler, wife had some Ala carte items. The decor is rustic, but not dirty. Prices are great - the two of us got filled up and took some home for under 25 bucks. There's a lot of good mexican food out here, but this is among the best.
