Quite busy when I went to pick up birthday dinner chicken.I was amazed by how kind and friendly the staff were.There was an 86 year old man who came in with his granddaughter, or possibly his great granddaughter. He had just gotten off WORK. She explained that he really wanted chicken for his birthday. When the staff and other customers learned that this octogenarian+ was still working, and on his birthday, everyone coordinated to sing him happy birthday!! It was truly a blessing...read full review
Recently did a carry out and the wait time was long. Seemed like they were understaffed and the employee who did take my order was struggling with entering it into the ordering computer system. Perhaps more attention is needed to properly train employees before placing them on the service line. Overall everything is was great. Place was clean.

Stopped at this KFC for a quick dinner after a long road trip. The 2 front counter people were amazing! They were obviously understaffed. Yet, they communicated with each other outstandingly! The older lady was very attentive and communicated with the Big Boy back in the kitchen area. And the younger man up front kept the orders straight & ran the drive thru expertly.
