I came to get some food during my lunch break from work, I was eating my chicken and found a hair (blondish/ my hair is black) I asked the lady if I could just get the chicken replaced not my whole meal, just the 3 chicken I had left, she was a little rude insinuating I had ate my whole means and then came to them afterwards, I still had food from what I had ordered I just didn’t take it as I only wanted my chicken replaced. We visited this location today and received excellent service. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommended.
So disappointed in the food we got. Ordered a bucket of chicken combo and we only received legs and thighs. I don’t like dark meat but was stuck eating it because no breast was given. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t even filled in the bowl and there was more gravy than potatoes in the mashed potatoes and gravy. The biscuits were all hard a rock. We definitely won’t be returning
