I have gone to this kfc a couple of time in the past month. one time was told had no chicken because they were out of flour???? today pulled up to the drive thru and was told give me a minute so I waited probably 3-4 minute. I said hello into the speaker and was told to give them a minute. I left!!! there is no customer service here at all. Seems to be a free for all. In need of new management!!!!

Ordered using the app. Showed up when the app said it should be ready. Waiting for nearly 15 minutes to be greeted and told that my pot pie was in the oven and would be another 15 minutes. After another 20 finally got my order without any apology. Very disorganized and poor service. Food was good once we finally got it.

This place is in serious need of new management. The service is horrible, the food does not look fresh, it looks old like it's been sitting out for way too long. They constantly mess up your order or forget to pack the sauces we paid extra for and then if you say anything they have an attitude about their mistakes

Stopped here on our way home and not only the food terrible but also customer service. Got chicken bowl and you can tell the chicken been sitting there for a while. Some corn was brown and did not have a taste. Chicken was salty. Come eat here with caution unless it was a bad day.
Very bad service, I ordered my food to take away and I asked for a salad and it did not come with my order and I had to finish cooking the chicken tenders in my air fryer and very bad service from the staff

Very disappointed. Ordered for pickup. Could not provide $15 special as ordered. Got ff not potato/gravy. 3breast 2wings not 3thighs 2legs. Breast is dry and I have a swallowing problem. Very disappointed.
My wife and I went inside the evening of Oct 28 around 7pm. We stood at the counter while 2 female workers complained about not getting a break and wanting to eat. We were never greeted. They looked at us but never said a word. 1 car in the drive thru and us were the only customers they had. After standing for five minutes waiting to be acknowledged we left and went to pizza hut. This is why things in liberal don't last...no one takes pride in their work. We won't go back. Their chicken isn't that good anyway.
