One of the best KFCs ive been to, now its still kfc but I have never had an issue with food and ive had good experience with employees there alongside being fairly nice on the inside compared to most.

It's been a long time since I've been to a KFC and I'm glad I came to have chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. They ran out of mashed potatoes but she made it up fast having me on my way within minutes.

We ordered at the window attendants was rude. Order will be ready in 20 minutes. We came back in 30. We came back inside very upset with how they manage get our order...over 30 minutes! We voiced our opion of theyre service. After telling the manager our disappointment when we left the employees were on their phone trying to get our tag number! We will never be back! Such disrespectful service! We were delayed and and had to return for food that was not ready but how they treated us,!

Worst possible kfc I have ever been to the staff is awful and rude got our order wrong my wife is allergic to gravy and we asked for no gravy and we got gravy on everything. The man in there was terrible rude

Employees were great and were working hard but the older lady whom I believe was the manager at this time was extremely rude to the customers as well as the employees. Other workers were busting there butts during a rush while she just yelled at them and threatened them with write ups

I ordered a 16 piece meal with half and half original and crispy. Thighs weren't cooked all the way and we received all original thighs and legs. The crispy chicken was the breast and wings. I had asked for 2 macaroni and cheese, coleslaw and corn. When I got home, we had 1of each of those and a mashed potatoes and gravy that we didn't want/need because we had our own at home. The biscuits were falling apart and we didn't receive extra honey like we requested. Overall, I am very disappointed with our meal

I have gone to this kfc a couple of time in the past month. one time was told had no chicken because they were out of flour???? today pulled up to the drive thru and was told give me a minute so I waited probably 3-4 minute. I said hello into the speaker and was told to give them a minute. I left!!! there is no customer service here at all. Seems to be a free for all. In need of new management!!!!

Ordered using the app. Showed up when the app said it should be ready. Waiting for nearly 15 minutes to be greeted and told that my pot pie was in the oven and would be another 15 minutes. After another 20 finally got my order without any apology. Very disorganized and poor service. Food was good once we finally got it.

This place is in serious need of new management. The service is horrible, the food does not look fresh, it looks old like it's been sitting out for way too long. They constantly mess up your order or forget to pack the sauces we paid extra for and then if you say anything they have an attitude about their mistakes

Stopped here on our way home and not only the food terrible but also customer service. Got chicken bowl and you can tell the chicken been sitting there for a while. Some corn was brown and did not have a taste. Chicken was salty. Come eat here with caution unless it was a bad day.
