This restaurant is a hidden gem. I recently ate here after a friend recommended it. I was surprised I hadn't been before, considering I've lived in Liberal for so many years.The food was so exquisitely prepared that it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. I have never craved a hasty return to a restaurant so much in my entire life. Our first time to visit. This now our favorite Mexican /Nicaraguan restaurant. From the Nicaraguan grilled chicken, fried plantains, Mexican cheese enchiladas , Mexican chicken enchiladas and hard taco with beans we were pleasantly surprised with the freshness and quality . We at first thought the prices may be a little high but 3 of us have enough left over for a small meal. We received a combination of quality and value.
