“We recommend EVERYTHING. This food truck has amazing service and waitresses that are very polite. Their food is always very good and hot, and everything we have had so far has been above expectations. Thank you for the great experience at the Liberal location during a late-night taco-craving break tonight! And to those that are giving one star reviews and saying this place is over priced and not flavorful.....are you sure we are eating at the same place? “My wife and I were there5/9/25 table 5 at 7.54 pm first of all the food was good no problem there my problem was they charged us $3.00 for water, $7.99 for two Sopapillas the food we got was fajitas for two people, we only got two Tortillas who can eat fajitas with only two Tortillas so we ask for two more they charge us $ 4 dollars we also got a small and I mean small cheese dip $7.99 Talk about price gouging. I have the Received if they would like to look at it. who charges for water? W will never go back there again and we will be telling our friends.“

“10/10 My husband and I were blown away! The Quesa Birria was the star in our eyes! The Sopes and Tacos Al Pastor were also amazing! Not pictured but their salsas were also impressive and obviously made from scratch. “Since I arrived in Liberal, I've been craving elote. Google took me to the wrong truck but those people were kind enough to direct me here. Little family with the baby inside. I don't understand Spanish but the man spoke English and offered traditional style which is what I wanted. Fresh fresh...on the cob $4 at this time. If I could come everyday I would but $120 a month...yeah it'd be worth it. Mucha Gracias Familia.“

“Came here on recommendation of the lady at the Dorothy House museum. It was okay. I mean, the service was great (granted, I was the only one there) and the food came out quickly. The waitress/counter person was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The interior was clean, which I appreciate, but bordering on gaudy-chic. But, this wasn't a fine dining establishment and I wasn't on a date, so, no big deal.

The food wasn't bad, but it didn't knock my socks off either. When I say that, please consider that I have lived in Texas, AZ and CO; and have been to both NM and old Mexico multiple times. So, I'm pretty picky about Mexican food.

“I pulled into the drive-thru after a long evening of driving because I needed a quick and cheap late-night meal. I ordered a few crunchy tacos and a cheesy gordita crunch, and everything was prepared perfectly with plenty of meat and cheese in every single bite. The food was piping hot and wrapped neatly, so it was super easy to eat right out of the wrapper while sitting in my parked car. The employee working the window was surprisingly upbeat and fast for how late it was, which really brightened my mood after a exhausting day on the road. It is a fantastic and reliable stop when you are traveling and need a tasty craving fixed in a hurry.“

I ate a breakfast quesadilla(which isn't on the menu),but was happy to make and it was delicious. Good food and a great attitude can make or break a truck drivers day.
